no, it only has one attachment not like its little brother 150 model, it has several attachmetn.

Q: This marcato 180 comes with everything that's in the picture above such as the fettucine attachment? Also what does "wellness" mean?

The 180 comes WITH the cutter. Its the only one made for the 180.

Q: Does this work for pie dough?

I have not used it for pie dough nor have I ever heard of using it for pie dough. I think it would "handle" the dough too much and it would be tough.
