Doctor Who 6846 Thirteenth Tardis

First thing to say, this arrived well packaged in a sturdy box filled out with packing paper and in virtually perfect condition. So well done there.The TARDIS itself I like alot. I always love to see a new release of a TARDIS for the 5.5" scale of Doctor Who figures and this is no exception. Great that the 13th Doctor has a TARDIS now, and I'm liking the new colour (a darker, greener type of blue) and the new features, such as a black door sign with left side handle, new lantern, three stack roof and silver frames on the windows. Not all details on this model are entirely accurate to the current 13th Doctor's version, but I do like how it looks and it represents the new TARDIS well enough for me.I would have liked an interior light, such as we got in the 10th and 12th Doctors' Electronic TARDISes, as it is that interior light that makes these TARDISes magical. Or I would have liked console sound effects when the doors are open, or a card interior console picture. But due to budgetary constraints and needing to adapt a classic TARDIS mould we get just the "take-off" and "landing" sound effects here, and a newly blue pulsating lantern. I'm liking that the windows are properly translucent, so if you put your own light inside then the windows will still light up. Or shining a torch through the side or back windows has the same effect.I recommend this TARDIS if you want a very good looking model of this iconic police box, with the electronic features too.The TARDIS is my favourite of all sci-fi vehicles, and the only one I'd like to own. There's a sense it's travelled through time with me already, it always having been there. And the idea of traveling through space and (especially) time within it's blue walls is irresistible. It looks beautiful from the outside, and the idea of there being virtually limitless space inside makes it magical. That's why any good model of the TARDIS is a win for me 😊

Looks really good, light and sound is great, and pretty durable. Looks cool on a shelf.

It's really good. Shame there is no sticker inside to show the inside of the TARDIS! Abit expensive for what it is. However my son loves it. So ofc we gonna get it!!

This is a pretty cool tardis goes well with the others but i do wish they could still make them like they did with the 10th &11th tardis with the interior inside and the phone box what came out & the spinny thing on bottom what you could put your finger on to make it spin.

Great detail on the outside, sounds and lights work. Son very happy with his tardis.

Good replica on the outside and the takeoff and landing sounds are very clear and accurate however, could of done with somesort of interia, i.e. a picture of the interia or console. And after sounds stop, the light keeps going and should have a timed cut off.
