Q: How long will a can last ? And how many sprays ?

A can lasts me about 4 months but I don,t use it everyday .if used daily it would last as long as a can of hair lacquer. I tend to use it on the front of my hair which is the finest and it gives great cover, couldn't say how many sprays but hope this helps

Q: Does this come off in rain?

It will come off a bit in heavy rain but not 100%, that usually requires shampooing and scrubbing. Sweating is really what makes it come off the most but even then it's not so bad.

Q: Hi can you put it on to a bald hairline with no hair to cover up?

Hi. I found it OK to cover a bald patch with very minimal hair at the back of the head but I found you have to be careful adding to the front hairline if that's what you are referring to. It leaves a dusty residue I found if spray to liberally and you can end up with a few patches of dust that need wiping away. I saw an advert online whereby a user used it at thinning front hairline and it looked to really thicken the front. If there is no hair past a certain point there is nothing for the fibres to cling to so I would say use enough to build up thickening of the thinning hair close to the bald hairline and then you can comb it over perhaps.
