Very nice tag! Light weight and easy to use. I rubbed the QR code it doesn’t seem like it will rub off and hold to wear and tear.

THIS pet ID tag will put your mind at ease! Very affordable compared to the tracking devices that require a monthly subscription. Great quality material. It looks just like the day I bought it. Easy to follow directions to set up. I had this one set up in 10 minutes from start to finish. You can put any information needed to care for your pet until a safe easy return or pick-up is made. I have included screen shots of what you will see if you find my pet. My pet’s tag shows the front side. The back side has the QR box on it. The last screen shot is an email sent to me from the Pawaii co. Informing me that my dog’s tag has been scanned. I bought one for my grandson’s dog. He is a bigger bird dog that runs through the creek beds and ponds. These are very durable! 100% recommend. Lots of color choices too!

Very sturdy, well-made tag. Sign up process is simple and tag is attractive and not too heavy for a small dog. I like the ring for attachment as it is secure but not hard to attach.

Love this thing! Super small and not one of those noisy clink clank metal ones! Setting up the profile is super easy, and as a dog mom of a frequent escapee I love that you can add a long message for people to see when they scan the code if they find your dog. It asks for your contact info and you can add a picture of them and info about them! So cool. Would buy this again. The product description is accurate. The quality is very durable. Instructions are very easy to read.

This is the best dog tag ever made. So easy to use and makes me feel much better about keeping my dog safe.

Super cute and exactly as described. Although I wish there was an app. Also beware if you have multiple gremlins who like to chew like mine. I have 3 dogs. Only 1 tag remains. They like to chew them off of each other's collars 😐.

Love the clip on tag and that the tag is silicone! Easy to set up and log into and update your profile if necessary.

I was pretty excited to receive these tags for my dogs because I thought they were really cool and really useful in the event they ever got lost. The tags arrived, were fairly easy to set up, and the cool part was I didn't have to pay anything additional to maintain their landing sites. I even got collars made that said to "scan my tag!" to go along with these. Another cool feature is that they immediately send you an email with an exact location that includes GPS coordinates when they're scanned, in the event your dog is ever lost. SO, what's the problem then? Well... My partner also scanned the codes and somehow set up a profile for herself after I had. Shouldn't be a problem, right? We should both get alerts if they get lost. When I went to log-in and show someone the landing pages for my dogs, all of a sudden, my account couldn't be found. I tried everything I could to log back into my account to no avail. It simply didn't exist anymore. I contacted customer service at Pawaii and they couldn't figure out what the issue was either. After about 10 to 15 minutes of silence, they told me they would escalate it to the IT department, or something along those lines, and they would reach out to me with a resolution. A couple of days later, I get an email saying there is no solution and I would need to set up a new account. Okay, but do you see the problem yet? WELL, let's just assume they had gotten lost and someone found them. Both dogs are an expensive breed and they are pretty great dogs too, so it's not a crazy idea to think someone out there would want to keep them or just not make the effort to return them. Also, people are crazy, so who knows why they might not return them. All they would need to do is create an account, assign the QR codes to that account, and POOF, my dogs are gone. Similarly, let's say that this secondary account creation isn't possible or the person doesn't know to set it up and reassign the QR codes, but your account just randomly disappears, as it has for me. At some point, I probably wouldn't think to keep logging in to check and make sure it's live or that there isn't any issue. And, again, my dogs get lost, let's pretend someone even tries to scan the QR codes to get them back to me, but, POOF, they're gone because my account randomly doesn't exist anymore. I have no clue how someone didn't think this part through, but it's a huge flaw and I definitely wouldn't get these again had I known that. I'll probably invest in another brand or, more reliably, a product that can hold a GPS tracking device.

This came in Chinese. The QR code sent me to a Chinese website and the writing on the front was in Chinese.

Useless, all in Chinese and hard to find where to translate and will not accept my mobile number, keeps saying incorrect format no matter how I enter it.

Set up was super easy , we scanned the QR code and it showed all the information needed if my pet ever gets lost! Plus sent me an immediate email and location where it was scanned! I am a little worried the QR code may fade or rub off so I might try and seal it for added protection
