My old Corolla has an AUX plug only and this little unit bridges the tech gap, crystal clear sound from my iPhone to listen to music, podcasts, sports talk etc. simple function with no hassle operation.

My biggest problem with Bluetooth devices for the car are always that the amount of cables they bring to the table is always annoying. So this is just perfect no more cables and no more frustration while I'm driving. I find the controls to be solid enough for the compactness of the device. Some reviews state that the device does not turn off and you have to disconnect your connection from your phone. This simply isn't true and it shows you all of the controls in the manual. If you don't want your phone to stay connected to the device after you are done going for your Sunday drive you must hold the devices main button for 3 seconds to turn it off the same way it turns on. This is a Bluetooth device that directly connects to an aux port and is battery operated. it does not have the capability to turn itself off when the car turns off.

Works well with my 2008 VW

This UGREEN 5.4 Aux Bluetooth Adapter is a great little device for adding Bluetooth connectivity to my car stereo. The sound quality is surprisingly good, and it was super easy to pair with my phone. It works perfectly for streaming music and podcasts. My biggest issue is the battery life. While it's advertised at 15 hours, I'm only getting around 10. My commute to work is 45 minutes each way, and I find myself needing to charge it about once a week. I know it sounds like a nitpick, but when a product is advertised with a specific battery life, I expect something closer to that claim. Overall, it's a decent adapter, but the battery life falls short of expectations.

No problems pairing, and good sound quality bridging my phone to an old car stereo. It's battery life is sufficient for a days drive, just remember to charge it overnight, or you can plug in power while you are using it.

I mean it works, but I was replacing a 10 year old MPOW bluetooth Aux adapter and this one plays the music so much more quiet. I can set my phone to the same volume as with the MPOW, checked all bluetooth settings match, put my car stereo to the same volume. This one you can barely hear the bass and highs. Doesn't make sense but it is going to be a no go, and return for me.Changing to 1 star. This thing is garbage. To be sure I spent 10 minutes getting the power button to work again on my 10 year old mpow Bluetooth Aux and it I have base, mids, and highs again. To be sure I literally put a CD into my yes a compact disc, and got the clarity. Unplugged my Aux cable, turned on this Ugreen unit, it is entirely muted audio. If you are using this and gave a it a good rating, please try something else, it is trash.Second update get the J22 I won't name the brand. But it is far superior in audio quality. Again the Ugreen is junk. The J22 is also cheaper so you save some money on a better option!

Got this for my boyfriend's car. He struggled between charging his phone or aux, so this was great. It is not only affordable but has good connectivity as soon as it was plugged in i was able connect with one click. Charges quick, lasts a good time. We also liked that there were two options to connect. The box is small and easy not in the way.
