We needed a good water pik but not willing to pay too much. This item meets the requirements in terms of price and quality. It’s usb charging and it comes with brush, flossers and spoon like flosser. It’s waterproof and easy to use. The battery last quite a while (10 uses) quite satisfied with this purchase. Highly recommended

As other people have stated: This worked better than expected for about a month. Then the nozzle would not snap into place and flew off the device when the power button was pushed.The unit had a 12 month guarantee so I tried to engage customer service as suggested in the instruction booklet. It was a hotmail.com email address so you can imagine how far I got.So far I have not heard from themDecember 08, 2023:Customer service reached out to me on December 04, 2023 after writing the original review. Apparently, they do not check the email address listed in the instruction booklet but do respond to Amazon reviews.They immediately offered to refund the purchase price or supply a replacement. I chose a replacement. A little while later they wrote to me and told me they were out of stock on the item that I had purchased and offered me the option to wait for about 5 days or they offered an upgrade at no extra cost. I chose the upgrade option and they shipped it out to me on December 5th.I received the replacement today, December 8th, and immediately charged it up. I just finished using the replacement and it seems to work as well or better than the original item.Kudos to their customer service for resolving this quickly once we were able to contact each other.I changed the rating from one star to three for their responsiveness. As 5 weeks seems to be the amount of time before people have an issue with the product, I will use the product for that length of time and update my review at that time.As I said in the original review, I was very satisfied with the product but sorry that it broke.January 12, 2024:The replacement continues to work well. The replacement model is M131; the original was M209.Recall that after the failure of the original product, the company sent me a replacement of an upgraded product. This product differs from the original in that it has a larger water reservoir, a 33% larger battery capacity, and no travel pouch.I use the product twice a day and get about 8 days on a charge. This is a little disappointing and I realize that if I take an extended trip I will have to pack a charger. But to be fair I have a cell phone that requires that I take a charger with me and this water flosser uses the same charging device so there is no extra charger required for me.Speaking of the amount of days that I get out of a charge, this unit has three LED's on the handle that show at a glance how much charge is left. Unfortunately, it is not completely accurate and the only indication that I have that the charge is insufficient is that it stops pumping in the middle of use. Not a big deal now that I know I will only get 8 days on a charge.I upgraded this review by one star for the fact that the replacement is still working but cannot give it 5 stars due to what I consider a lack of battery capacity.

This works as intended. It barely make noise compared with different brand I got before. I recommend it

While I used it, it worked great. However, when it ran out of battery I plugged it into charge but it completely stopped working, even though I had it plugged in for 2 days. Very disappointed.

This is my first water flosser and I was surprised how clean it got my teeth with the first clean. I did purchase the tablets and a different tip so I could use whitening tablets. 100% recommend.

I bought this for my daughter when she got braces. It worked well for 5 months. It is a bit bulky for travel, but it's ok. After 5 months of use, and it was well taken care of, one of the attachments would not come out. The little eject button couldn't be pushed anymore. When I pulled it out, there was a tiny piece of plastic that fell out too. Now it won't stay in at all. Of course, it's past the date of returning for a replacement...so we get to start over. Very disappointing.

This replaced one that had lots of controls, however most of them stopped working and battery would not charge anymore.With the controls on this water pick you get adequate cleaning.
