Uneven hat
Not the best hat, I had higher expectations. Luckily it’s for my 7 year old son and he doesn’t care, but my husband is making fun of it!

Does not look like picture
Unfortunately beside the hat arriving misshaped, smashed and warped, the embroidery was much smaller than advertised and the hat was a different shape than advertised. Not a good quality hat on top of the smashing and distortion during shipping. Disappointed.

Packaging damaged hat
Poor quality and packing. The hat came in an Amazon envelope. So obviously it was misshaped and warped. Will be returning. I’m sad that the quality wasn’t there.
