I take this supplement to help with heart health and blood pressure and I definitely feel a difference. The pills are big but not the end of the world.

A big pill but easy to swallow. I normally would not write a review but an unexpected side effect is an orangey taste. Feels like I swallowed a citrus essential oil. I don’t love that… at all. But the pill does not upset my stomach. Otherwise okay, but not a fan of the orange taste.

Better choice than purtin pride

I’m just starting on this project. Haven’t noticed significant difference so far, but it came highly recommended.

My doctor recommended CQ10.So far I have had no adverse reactions. It is a small pill easy to swallow.
