These caffeine pills really help me in the afternoon when my eyelids start to droop and I feel like taking a nap. Unfortunately, I can’t do that so when I need to get back on my toes and alert, I will take one of these, and if necessary, 30 minutes later, another one. I’ve never been disappointed in their effectiveness. It’s a quick easy way for me to get back productive and feeling good. I love that they’re so convenient and I appreciate the value versus paying for a couple cups of coffee.

I am on my 2nd bottle of this energy supplement, and I generally take 3 pills in the AM and then 1 more pill in the later AM. This seems to give me a nice energy boost and I am still able to sleep at night. Also, coffee tends to give me acid reflux but taking these pills gives me less reflux. I still have to take an antiacid pill with this supplement, but it seems to be more tolerable than coffee.Also, I really like how this supplement comes in a 50mg caffeine dose. I looked everywhere for another supplement like this and had a hard time finding one. As for the l theanine, I am not sure if I notice the effect that much vs. taking straight caffeine. It is subtle. Furthermore, I read a study that l theanine as a supplement has only been tested in humans for 8 weeks at a time and its safety is minorly in question. But I am not too worried about this amino acid supplement that might actually be helping me.If you are questioning l theanine then I did find some energy mints with 40mg caffeine each in them, with no l theanine. But I think in general there is no need to worry about regular l theanine usage. Like I said the great thing about this product is that it comes in such a small dose. You can subtly add or subtract caffeine as needed, which you cannot do with many of the other products that come in 200mg+ doses.All and all I am happy with the energy boost this product gives me. I sometimes feel a little queasiness, but this is because I am especially sensitive to caffeine - and it never has really been a problem as long as I don't take too much. WAYY CHEAPER than daily drinksI started using these over a month ago for a healthier alternative to soda or energy drinks. I will open one capsule and pour it into a waterbottle each day. These are amazing, the caffeine smoothly comes in and smoothly goes out before bed time. I get much better sleep. Theres no jolt of from the caffeine kicking in like with energy drinks. There’s no jitters or weird breathing inconsistencies like with energy drinks. It’s nice to not be drinking bubbly soda every morning, I felt like I was getting hooked on the carbonation. This form of caffeine ingestion is probably the best form. It’s much more healthy, it doesn’t have all the chemicals that energy drinks and soda have which are pretty hard in your kidneys, stomach, and liver. It’s more hydrating when mixed with water, and it’s so much cheaper. Like SO much cheaper. You can either spend $0.17 cents per day on your caffeine via pill or you can spend $3-7 on an energy drink or large coffee. Just get this product is so much better in every way.I will probably use this form of caffeine ingestion for the rest of my life :)

Excellent product. I don’t use the full dose, but one or two in the morning is great for energy and focus!

I need to take 4 a day just to feel an affect. Which means this bottle will last a month. Compared to another brand that lasted me a year. Canceling my subscription.
