It was stolen the week we got it- couldnot figure out how to deal with warranty and customer service.

The PS4 came in and everything works perfect. So happy with it. So lucky to have been able to find a factory sealed one.

No matter what I do…this playstation will not connect from to my WiFi. I wish I could get a refund because this is ridiculous. I have a brand new system that I can’t use! I bought this one cuz my last one broke on me😤 UPDATE: I had to really work with it and play around with it. I have no clue why but it will show that it’s not connected but when I went to the PS Store, everything worked normally. Maybe it’s the system…maybe it’s my Wi-Fi. I honestly don’t know. But it does finally work after it updated and I let it restart. So definitely play around with it for a while before you judge it. Im updating my rating now 🖤

I received the console and it was new in the box. Everything worked perfectly. Connected to the internet and set up was perfect.

Yego muy bien empaquetada sin ningún defecto asta al momento está funcionando bien no ay ninguna Faya a mi hijo le encantó y el control 🎮 execelente estado y 💯 original solo que no viene el juego que se becen la caja solo es una tarjeta de regalo solo para descargar mapas y armamento nesesitas comprar el disco para poderlo jugar

Llegó en buenas condiciones con todo lo mencionado en la descripción del producto! Y solo tardo 3 días en llegar, lo recomiendo!
