I was very cynical regarding these pads doing anything. Seem too easy, and too good to be true.I had to research how to use them bc there are no directions included whatsoever. I've learned through trial and error that they work best vertically on my foot. My husband has a high arch and they are difficult to get adhered evenly and don't make direct contact, however they do seem to be working somewhat.I use one on each foot at bedtime, using socks made no difference for me. I'm the morning be sure to have a wet cloth ready because there will be a thick black goo. The amount seems to reduce each consecutive time, fewer toxins to be removed maybe?The day after using I feel really well rested, thinking seems clearer, and I'm feeling stronger somehow.I suffer from toe fungus (gross, I know) but I'm now seeing healthy toenails growing in! I didn't expect that!I totally recommend these things! I've given some to my friends to try, they all have noticed beneficial differences.I paid full price for this and am already into my second box!Give them a try, they don't cost much. You won't regret it.

When I had them on I didn't think they were working because I didn't feel anything but I took them off in the morning and seen the results and WOW! I looked up a chart and the color I had was detoxing from my gallbladder which I have had problems with for awhile.

it works. I been using this for almost 20 years. it was popular in Asia back then. it make your feet more lighter and You can see whats coming out ofbody its kind of gross looking at that sticky black liquid but it felt good. Also its easy to wipe off with lotion in napkins. Better try you will suprise.

We are giving these a go. We are on our sixth day use of them and find that we, especially my husband, are sleeping more soundly and restfully.I am noticing a reduction in the black residual as time goes by so far.

These stick to your feet well. They smell nice. But I’m not sure if they work. The box looks like it said “FDA” but it doesn’t actually say that, so don’t be fooled. Not sure what you’re actually wearing in the patch but it feels minty.

I’m not so sure these do anything. I did a little reading after trying them for 3 nights in a row. Wasn’t pleased with my findings.

These seem to work relatively well but they leave a very sticky residue on the bottom of your feet. Yuck!!!! Be ready to wash your feet with alcohol to get it off.
