Water pressure and water flow are low

I’ve paid lots of money for higher end HG hand held shower heads. They simply don’t last. This one was a bargain but works just as well.

Plastic.

I have the metal version of the hansgrohe handheld shower head and I love it but it's heavy for handheld use. I use the shower head both attached and handheld and this plastic version is much lighter than the metal counterpart. This showerhead is not adjustable (like the metal version) and has a rainfall pattern. It is flow-limited to 1.5 GPM which is a good amount of water for showering without being wasteful. I'm using this shower head to upgrade a tub that had a standard shower head and it's a big improvement. I used a DELTA U3401-PK Adjustable Shower Arm Mount and an inexpensive hose to connect the head to the water supply. The whole job was relatively inexpensive and the results are similar to my metal hansgrohe fixtures installed elsewhere.

Works fine but the water pressure isn’t that great and it’s just a cheap plastic build. Feels more like a light rain than a shower head.
