Poor quality
There is no quality control for this product. The first one I received came with bent bar and two broken glass shades. This was not a shipping issue as the outer box was not damaged and the box was "Factory Sealed". The replacement I received also had a bent bar and one of the shades dipped down longer than the other, another shade is at an angle. My contractor tried to literally straighten out the metal as I didn't want to wait another two weeks for yet another replacement. For $300 I would expect a much better product.
