Although pack says 8" This is a pad of hair for wrapping, dreads etc. This hair does not take dye, it does not colour when you dye it. The company explains that it is due to the fact that it went through a lot of processing for them to achieve the perfect afro texture for dreads.

I was very disappointed with the product.
I am disappointed with the product. It smelt like animal fur not human hair at all. I did the burn test and it caught flames and clumped together.
