I purchased this Skimming Knife in the 22” (Blue) model for & Home remodeling a 1920’s Craftsman Bungalow (1000SqFt) that I will forever be working on till the day I die; that I initially demolished to only the studs. Of course all the drywall and n the home needed to be replaced with new. So I had to cut, hang, & finish more drywall than I would have liked. I know it may not seem like a big home but when it’s just you…., that’s a lot of drywall!Anyway, I bought this product about 3/4 of the way through the home remodel & I really wish I had known about this product years Day 1!It’s a great product & the price is right, the way it speeds up the process of leveling your walls is more than worth the price!It’s a no brainier, just buy it already, I know you’ll love it!

Game changer for floating out large seams!

I thought this would simplify large area drywall patching or mudding. It does, but it still requires some still. Definitely not for first time drywall repair, more for experience DIYers or professionals. That being said good purchase.

Had a pipe break in the attic; caused a leak that collapsed half of my bathroom ceiling. I replaced the drywall, but now I've got to match the texture that's still on the other half. I'm not about to go get a sprayer and all that. I went to poor man's DIY route; I got a knockdown texture sponge and splorched joint compound all over the new ceiling drywall, then ran this skimming blade over it to "knock it down". And it's perfect. I dare anyone to look at that ceiling and say where the repair joints are!

Great product, built solid. I recently learned about this new tool and I love it. This makes the job so much faster and easier to achieve professional results. the aluminum frame is sturdy and easy to clean. The blade is just the right flex to it. this is great to have for any pro or DIY-er.

Light, comfortable to use, works great, bought for homeowner use, would recomend to others.

Wow! Been finishing drywall for 30 years and this tool is impressive. Not really the best for inside corners but floats seams great, big time saver. Love it.
