Very effective at cleaning hard water stains and removed buildup that other toilet cleaners couldn’t. Worked better than expected and left the bowl looking much cleaner.

Works exactly as advertised! I have very hard water in my area & my 2 year old toilet had developed a ring where the water line is. I tried everything to get rid of it - vinegar & banking powder, bleach, even CLR. Nothing worked. In less than 10 minutes of gentle scrubbing with the pumice stone wand my toilet was back to looking brand new! With the extra stones, my toilet will be looking new for years to come. Worked better than expected, great for hard water stains

I was pleasantly surprised at how effective this product is & it didn't scratch the glazed surface of the toilet bowl. I pretreated the hard water deposits with a commercial strength cleaner for this purpose. I first tried a very stiff bowl brush which was totally ineffective. So, I followed up with this pumice scrubber & the deposits rubbed right off. The appearance of the toilet bowl went from "hopeless" to looking brand new. One detail I did not expect was how quickly the pumice stone wore down. But as it broke apart in smaller pieces after vigorous scrubbing, I used the broken pieces to continue scouring & that one pumice insert cleaned the entire bowl of all deposits. So, in conclusion, I'd likely expect that in future, less aggressive applications, a single scrubber insert might last through 2 or 3 light cleanings.

It is very effective in cleaning the stubborn stains, and it won’t scratch the ceramic tile and metal. And it’s eco-friendly and safely compared with chemicals and cleansers. The stone insert part doesn’t clip onto the handle so it swivels and is impossible to manipulate with the handle. I had to remove the stone and use it with gloves to rub the surfaces.
