Very Good Product As Far As Performance Is Concerned. Excellent Music And Audio Experience. I Am A Radio And Retro Buff So For Me It's A Fabulous Collection In My Audio Collections. Sound Quality Is Fantastic. It's A Large Bar And I Think Dats Why It Gives Such A Soothing Listening Experience. Great Value For Money..... Go For It Without Second Thought.... Happy Listening

The audio quality of the Carvaan Saregama Musicbar CB120 leaves much to be desired, resembling that of a low-quality music box. While the Bluetooth pairing functionality is satisfactory, the soundbar's announcements during power on/off and mode changes are excessively loud and irritating. In terms of value for money, it falls short as there are superior systems available with richer bass and clearer treble. The 3D mode proves ineffective, providing a flat sound reminiscent of a basic loudspeaker. The post-sales service is highly disappointing. Despite not opting for installation initially, I encountered issues with the product fitting into my existing rack. Unfortunately, my request for assistance went unanswered, even after reaching out via WhatsApp, email, and other channels. After the ticket was closed without resolution, I submitted another request, only to face reluctance from the service person who eventually refused to address the issue. This product is, in essence, a disappointment. I would rate it poorly across the board, with a score of 0 for Sound Quality, 0 for Value for Money, and 0 for Ease of Installation—a resounding Golden Duck.
