Fine pieces of glitter with a few slightly bigger accent flecks. Exactly what I was looking for! It wipes on like a gel and dries quickly. Yes, some will fall off here and there but it stays well enough overall. It’s also easy to wipe off as well. Can’t wait to wear this to RWT!
