This is a great spray when you spray it it comes out like a fine line and one quick spray is enough I use it for my eggs and there’s no taste so perfect as I’m trying to lose weight and stopped using other oils or butter no smoke perfect worth the extra bit of money

And the price is going up, darn it. ;) But, for the healthy oils, the ease in use, how long this lasts, I'm still going to make this purchase over and over. Luckily it does last a long time. Sprayed on a salad with a drip of your favorite vinegar- mmmmm! Very light and no noticeable flavor when I use this to cook eggs, coat a pan or any other place oil is used. This is my go to stuff. The spray is perfect for lightness, you barely use any oil, but still get great coverage with the mist-type of spray this can gives.

I purchase this from the Health Food Store from time to time but figured I would purchase it from Amazon for the convenience! I love this spray. Works great in a non stick skillet for sautée and pan frying. Sprays easily out as well. I also like that it doesn't contain any Alcohols or Propellants. It is a bit pricey but worth it in mt opinion.

I use it with my air fryer and it is excellent. Chicken wings all nicely browned and crispy. Spray nozzle gives a nice even spray. Yes sometimes it clogs up a little and spray a stream. In that case I give the bottle and shake and wipe the nozzle with paper towel and it sprays nice again. It is 100% avocado oil without additives and preservatives. The can feels light but if the can states 6oz net weight, does that mean it has 6oz of oil? So far I used it 4/5 times for baskets of food and I'm still using the same can, don't know how much more cooking it will last. But I got a few bottles on sale so I feel good. Stock up when it's on sale!

This is a GREAT tasting avocado oil spray. This is what I use when making scrambled eggs or quesadillas. It doesn’t burn as easily and I never taste a yucky “oil” flavor. The only issue with this nozzle/can is that it comes out HARD & FAST. I can very easily use way too much! Now I spray it on a cloth or paper towel, then wipe it onto my pan so it’s not too oily. I love how crispy my tortillas get!!! Highly recommend it 👍🏼
