Works well. fits all my shoes so far and is comfortable.

needed something durable to lift my heel to relieve pain when walking or running, and this did the trick, but needed adjustment. broke my ankle a while back, and lost several degrees of flexion (ability to bring toe up towards shin). when walking or running, it helps elevate my heel, so that the angle of flexion needed to walk or run comfortably is less. this, combined with another arch support, works well for me. these have been resilient through rigorous exercise: from competitive softball play (active outfielder), to walking around the house in slides. (definitely must tape them to slides) however, the width is narrow, which creates some lateral wiggle. the honeycomb bottom does help stay in place, but still have leftover side margin. I don't have a wide or large foot, (I'm 5'9", 175 lbs, size 10-11 depending on shoe brand.) I ordered Large, and received model CY-02 M. widest part at base/bottom measures roughly 2.25 inches, and widest part touching heel (top) measures roughly 2.5 inches. to keep from sliding, I use black athletic tape, which does the job. overall, I recommend. I'm mid 40's and these help me pretend I'm still an active 30. i just wish there were similar options for half-inch or full-inch wider

I bought these two correct one leg that' is shorter than the other by just over 1/2" . I received them today and knew right off that they weren't going to be 1/2" because they're so squishy. It would have been nice if they were a little bit more solid so they maintain the 1/2" height.

I love these. I’ve had other ones that were hard on the heel and hurt after a short period of time, but these are very comfortable. My heels never hurt when I wear these as these are more foamy which makes them comfortable I don’t use these for height but to help alleviate the pain in my Achilles’ tendon and they do a great job. After wearing these for a week, the pain in my left tendon disappeared in a week. I had no pain in my right tendon but still wore the heel lift in there to keep them the same height. The 1 thing I had a hard time with, with using these, it raised my entire foot in the sneaker. The issue is, I have weak ankles (due to a medical condition), and I always wear high tops, and these heel lifts raise my heels a decent ways which doesn’t allow me to fully tie my sneakers tightly around my ankles, hence why I have them 4 stars but this is my own issue and it probably won’t affect the regular person who uses these. Despite that, I highly recommend these though.

Comfortable, seems well made, good lift and support. But the seller should qualify it that they are for women, or men with narrow feet / small shoe size. These are lost in my size 13 shoes. I'd say they would work fine up to a men's size 9 or perhaps 10, and for 99% of all women. I'm not worried about them slipping to the toe, but the sides of your heel hanging off the sides is uncomfortable. Returning for something wider. Edit: originally gave this a 2-star rating, but that was a bit unfair given the construction and material. This should fit most men, but not a large or wide width, so hopefully the manufacturer will make a “large” wider version of this same model.
