Lovely retro sugar tin.
I thought the tin was going to be big enough to store at least 5 kg of sugar, but it is small. Love the quality and the retro design. I am going to use it for retro sweets instead and hope to save up enough money to buy a big one to fit all my baking sugar. It’NSA’s easy to clean and when I cleaned it with warm soap and water it dried up well.

nice looking and well-made flour tin
This is a really nice looking and well-made flour tin. I buy my flour in bulk and wanted a tin to keep a smaller quantity of flour on my worktop. I was able to get 1300g (1.3kg) white bread flour into the tin. The lid closes snugly but it not airtight, which is okay with me as I don't need or want an airtight container. It's shipped by Amazon so it is well packed and arrived in good condition.

Looks good but a little pricey compared to the caster sugar one
Lovely retro tin which takes 500g bags of icing sugar. Not sure how easy it will be to clean but, as I always store my sugars and flours in a bag before putting them in the tins, it won’t be an issue I don’t think. Nice to have a hinged lid but may make tipping a bit tricky but it looks good and is nice and sturdy. I did think that this was a little expensive for what it is (the other tin they do is for caster sugar and that isn’t as expensive as the icing sugar one) but I am doing my kitchen out so it is not like I will have to buy lots of the icing sugar ones!

Smaller than expected
Smaller than expected. For some reason I thought this tin would hold the contents of a bag of flour, so I was disappointed to find it was actually about half the size. The tin is made of very thin material which distorts very easily. Looks nice and bought in the sale so I'll keep it but wouldn't recommend and definitely not worth the full retail price quoted.

Much smaller in real life.
I knocked off a star 🌟 because it had a small dent in the side. It looks okay. I haven't put it to use yet.
