Loose screw in the ICE cube
In one of our ice cubes we found a screw! Apparently this screw was probably left behind in the ice machine and this could have caused some serious damage if it would end up in my body. The aftersales fm Amazon was also not useful as we wanted to start a case or get some proper explanation from Hisense, but instead, they offered us just a return with full refund or change it for a new one but this would take 2 weeks. This is not very useful when your fridge is full with products and this we then had to throw away. Amazon just said, well, this is the solution and no other options we can give you. Also, when you refund it takes weeks before you have your money back so ordering another fridge for this amount of money is for some people not ok. Im very disappointed but at the same time very happy i didn't swallow this screw! PS We checked the inside of the ice machine and it is the same screw as all the others!

Highly Recommend !!!
I recently upgraded to the Hisense RQ759N4IBU1, and I am absolutely loving it! The Smart WIFI Mode is such a game-changer. I can control the fridge temperature from anywhere. The Smart Screen feature is also fantastic. It’s like having a mini hub in my kitchen! Another standout feature is the Ice & Water Dispenser. It’s super convenient having both ice and chilled water at the push of a button. I would highly recommend to purchase this fridge.
