Very disappointed. Mine arrived in two pieces! I attempted to repair it but as soon as it was hung on the wall it tipped to one side as the cup handle is heavy and not balanced and it came apart leaving the hanging section on the wall and the cup section clattered to the floor

Larger than I thought (which is good), but absolutely beautiful. Good quality.

We bought the 3 of these ( tea, coffee and cappucino). They arrived next day, well packaged. Great service. Just one point...the handle on the cappucino cup is too heavy so the cup doesn't balance when hung. It's not a problem though, a strategically placed lump of blutac did the trick and counterbalanced it!
