I am a fan
I'll admit it, I like Arctic fans, I'm a fan.I find them good quality, with good performance, at a great price and reliable for years. If I want better I'm usually looking at twice as much for a small improvement on performance and sound, so I tend to stick with them,The Pros move slightly more than their standard fan as an exhaust only, so they remain my go to fan for an exhaust particularly on restricted sized cases.I only give them 4 stars though as when they work, they are 5+, but about 1 in 20 seem to not work for me. While a replacement always sorts that out, it's a bit annoying, but I thinks that's just a risk with the design. So if you take the risk and get a dodgy one and can wait a bit, just get it replaced and you should be fine and happy for many years to come. can't afford taking the risk of waiting for a replacement, well for me at this price I buy two. I'll always use the 2nd later on another build and it doesn't cost much.

Bought for Dell T1700
Requires a Dell adapter cable to be used, but the fan itself has a great output and is very effective. Pleased with my purchase and it is quiet enough for me. So much so that the PSU fan is going to have to be replaced as it is so noisy!!

Excellent cooling for a case that is on 24-7 and in constant use
Rebuilt an old tower case server we used to use, a lot of the components had been sat on the shelf for a while and the old fans were very noisy.Used this on the back panel to help with airflow in the case and instantly noticed a drop in the noise levels due to the increased airflow and cooling effect in the case. Also used another Arctic fan for the front of the case http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B002KTVFTE , between the 2 fans we get excellent cooling for a case that is on 24-7 and in constant use.

FINALY A QUIET SMALL FAN!!!!!!!
Good Jobs guys Artic, Very quiet and high airflow Fan, made myself a AMD Gaming Rig but was going to use Sound dampaning foem to reduse Noise, but you do end up increasing temp inside the case so keep your cables tidy, and get some good fans for ventalation. Im running a full system not under Load, at 9 Dhb, and CPU was solid at 23oC ow and was Using Arctic Cooler Freezer Pro 2 Rev 2, worked out Great.
