HealthAid Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 1000ug - Prolong Release - 100 Tablets

I find this product very good, although its Cyanocobalamin and has small amounts of cyanide (just few molecules, no worries, you can take it). I know that Methylcobalamin is better and easiest for the organism to accept, but it usually has animal products in it and on the top turns out that it makes my slight rosacea much worse (I cant imagine what people with severe rosacea would do).So, I had to find better solution to take some B12 (I am vegetarian and obviously need it). I find this product good on quality and price and although the effect is half of the effect from Methylcobalamin its still good. Free from additives, yeast, gluten, wheat, soya, diary and it is vegan. The tablet is not pleasant, but bearable and the taste is ok-ish. In the end of the day you are looking for B12 effect and not the false taste full of artificial colours and sweetners. I recommend this to anyone who wants to stay vegetarian/vegan and still wants to take B12.

Father's been taking these to aid in memory for awhile, only issue is they are not cheap. But as he's regularly visiting doctors for one test or another his B12 levels haven't been flagged in any of his blood tests since he started taking these daily. I've tried a couple, fairly typical tablet taste of nothingness, size small enough / easy enough to swallow with a sip of water.

Have a look on the internet into scientific research into B12 and you will find that many B12 do not contain a certain chemical ingredient. If they do not, then B12 cannot be processed by the body and is passed right through giving the recipient no benefits whatsoever. This product has that in it, and will be able to be absorbed by the body. If you are not into eating offal then this is the product that will get you the vitamins you may be lacking in your standard diet. Easy to digest, no issues on himelf-at-home swallowing them (!) and no apparent side effects, theefore highly reccomended for the vitamin-deficient and the science geek as well!! Now go do the research!

Out of the three supplements I ordered recently, this was the only one to come in a sealed glass bottle with a professional-looking label. I've been taking it for a month, and it's working even better than my previous B12 supplements. Very happy with this product.

Been taking these for years..As I have epilepsy and have to take other B supplements on precipitation.. I take these along side the epilepsy medication and these work well with all my other meds..I love these because they are natural.I used to buy from chemist..Amazon much cheaper and you get more in bottle for your money.
