Great pigment, one of the most vibrant blues i’ve seen with food colouring. You don’t need to use much but depending on how much you use you can adjust the strength of pigment. There’s not a huge amount of product but you can probably get quite a few uses out of it.

High quality. It is exactly the colour that I need. I have used it for fondant and buttercream. Both were very nice.

This stuff is brilliant, and definitely better than what you'd get from a supermarket. So far I've used it for battenberg and red velvet cake, both of which were eaten before I could take photos! The tub seems small but it's a gel texture and a little goes a long way. It's just as vibrant after baking, and doesn't alter the taste. Obviously it stains everything it touches so beware of that! I got the yellow one too and that's equally effective. Will buy again.

The online Red Velvet Cake recipe I was using recommended this brand but in the shade 'red extra', I needed it quickly and left it too late to get it here on time, so had to try the blood red as an alternative - The colour worked perfectly for the cake and I have enough for a second cake.

The food colouring came out much paler than “graphite” once combined with frosting- it took a lot to make any impression on the white frosting whatsoever.

Ottimo. Ho colorato la pasta di zucchero e ne basta veramente una piccola quantità per un colore già pieno. Lo ricomprerò sicuramente anche in altri colori
