Organic Chickpea Flour 1kg (Buy Whole Foods Online Ltd.)

The product is ok, a bit expensive but since it's organic makes sense. However I would advice to the seller to make sure all of the bags are sealed and closed properly as it's flour, and it needs to be kept well and conserved. Furthermore when I took off the tape that was keeping the bag closed a lot of flour flew away on the floor and around, not really good for the safety of the product and for logistic procedures during opening up.

Turned vegan about a year ago to be more healthy. I found a good recipe with chickpea flour. I could not get this in any local supermarket or health food shop. I looked online and liked the company and how it started out so decided to order from this supplier. The chickpea flower arrived as said in a plastic bag. I have used it several times for chickpea pancakes and it tastes fine. Like with pineapple as this give extra moisture. Very pleased with the product and would recommend it.

Used it to make Panelle, a Sicilian chickpea fritter. They turned out fantastic. The flour is the same quality you would expect in Sicily.
