I had read that there may be some fitness performance enhancements with Alpha-GPC supplementation. I decided to give it a go and was not disappointed. I noticed that my workouts improved. I wouldn't say that it gave me more energy or strength per se, but provided me with a focus to push through workouts when I was feeling tired.
