Great ball thrower - big hit with my springer spaniel. We do have a habit of dropping these, so this was our second purchase, mainly because we were so pleased with the first. The first one is still functional, but has split a bit so the ball doesn't fit quite as snuggly. Ball which comes with the thrower is suitably bouncy to ping off the ground to add to the excitement. Perfect 'tennis ball' size, so should your best bud misplace the ball which comes with the thrower, a tennis ball will also fit.

It does throw the ball far, but I found it a little hard to target the landing spot as precisely as I would have liked. Grips the ball a bit too well, which means it isn't always predictable in terms of release. But it works and dog enjoys it, so all good. Solid plastic so should last. Make sure you get the right size for your dog - I have a standard poodle and the Chuckit M size works well for her. It also takes the 65mm SportsPet balls, which bounce even better than the Chuckit ones.

Great value for money, I bought a pack of Chuckit balls to go with this also. Allows me to throw the ball a really long way for my pup, he gets lots of exercise running back and forth and he is always worn out after walks these days. Launcher allows me to pick up ball cleanly without saliva going all over my hands!

Ordered this when it came was very sturdy stick ball bounced nice and was very bright reflected well in torch light and went at least 50% further than a previous one I had from elsewhere but after 15 mins of playing in the rain the ball compleatly came apart inside the outer material into 2 half's and was unable to use. Iv had old tennis balls last longer. Anyway iv reordered this as it may just have been a faulty ball and it was sorted very easily and the new one comes tomorow. Will update once arrived and rebook at the review once iv used ot for a couple of days to see how we get on. Has the potential to be a 5 star product. ×update × new ball didnt last much longer and this stick cracked when tried a better tennisball. Only gave 3 star for the support and no hassle refund. Product falls below standard tho.

About as much use as a chocolate fireguard! Doubt this is a genuine Chuckit! Bought 2 of these and both the same, try to throw the very poor quality ball and it just pops out and lands on floor in front of you! Tried with different balls and just the same. Total waste of money

Scrivo raramente recensioni a questo gioco è favoloso, sono sicuro che la palla durerà pochissimo, ma chi se ne frega ne compriamo altre, non ho mai visto il mio cane correre così tanto. Credo sia l unico gioco che ti permetta di non sporcarti le mani. L abbiamo trovato davvero favoloso nella sua semplicità , io riesco a sfruttarlo al max xchè ho un area sgambamento lunga circa 250 mt, proprio sotto casa, cane libero e quasi sempre soli in alcuni orari e con un lancio riesco a coprirla x intero. All inizio credevo che la pallina xl fosse stata scelta errata xchè non è semplice da trovare come una classica pallina da tennis, ma mi sono ricreduto anche su questo particolare , xchè dato la grandezza è semplice da ritrovare se si perde tra cespugli o erba alta. In conclusione ... Prodotto straconsigliato !!!
