Given my old circular saw a new lease of life
I ordered these circular saw blades because they were the only ones around (at a reasonable price) that fitted my very aged Black & Decker circular saw. I had tried to get blades in Screwfix, but they didn't stock this size. They are quite small, 140mm dia, with a small central bore, 12.7mm. The blades fit my old saw perfectly. I have tried the middle one and it works very well. If you want something for routine DIY then I would definitely recommend these blades. The service from tooltime uk was excellent. The blades were delivered promptly in a bubble-wrap envelope, individually bagged, and with a small bore-reduction ring, which I didn't need. I had thought that I would have to replace my old circular saw, but these blades have given it a new lease of life.I should also point out that the staff at Screwfix were particularly helpful, trying out various blades and then getting the exact measurements that I needed for the saw. Despite not making a sale they suggested I try Amazon and that led me to this supplier. So, top marks to tooltime uk for their prompt and reliable service, and to the Screwfix staff.

Pleasently surprised
To be honest, for the price, compared with what I could have brought elsewhere, these are fantastic value ! THREE cutters , WOW !I was doing some 33 mm thick decking, and the blade handled it no problem.I'm an experienced DIYer, over forty years of working with wood, an d would have no hesitation recommending these bladesI've given them four stars, as I can't say how long they will last, but for me they are really good value. And they came The Next Day. !!!!

Work well in my ryobi one circular saw.
Used these in my ryobi saw, needed the adaptor ring supplied and you will have to be careful not to lose that if you change the blades between the ripping blade and the fine cut ones(an extra ring would have been nice).Nice clean speedy cuts and having been used quite a bit (thats why the wait for review),still seem sharp.Good quality and tremendous value for money, highly recommended.

Good value circular saw blades
I bought this pack of three blades for my old Black and Decker saw. Very pleased with them and it has given my saw a new lease of life. I watched a useful youtube video which showed how to change the blade safely, using a Mole Grip (vise grip in USA) to hold the blade safely.

Cutting edge
I like the fact that you get three decent heavy blades for a tenner. I just tried the 30T blade on a piece of old half-inch plywood: I won't say it cut through it like butter like many people do, personally I have never attempted to cur butter with a circular saw and I don't propose to try. The result would be unpleasant. But I got a good, clean fine cut, better than I had expected. Much better than the "new" Piranha blade I got for the B&D a while ago, there are a lot of these around on eBay, I think they are old stock - no tungsten tips on the teeth, and little weight to them. Don't waste your money on these, even if the Silverline blades don't last long they are much better quality and construction, and actually they're a lot cheaper per blade.Whilst I have a lovely Evolution circular saw with a blade that will cut through anything, I feel the need for a fixed table saw, so I am fitting my old Black & Decker into a table I am making myself. The 5mm reduction in blade diameter makes no difference, I don't need much depth of cut.Silverline is an odd company, some of their stuff is very good, some shows all the signs of an unwise import from China. I think these blades are in the first category.PS. I just zipped through some 18mm mdf with the fine blade - absolutely no problem, smooth finish, no tearout. Well, there was a problem, I managed to zip into my workbench as well owing to a slight error in positioning - neither I nor the saw noticed until I picked up the workpiece !

Value for money??
It has to be said that you buy cheap, which these are a very cheap price for 3 saw blades, then you get what you pay for. Unfortunatelty I only give it 3 stars as I had to send them back due to the 30T blade the one I ordered them for was slightly bent so slight only discovered when it ripped the wood to pieces. If it was a different blade out of the 3 I may have kept them in view of price,( I was not impressed by Yodel delivering it late in the first place pointless being prime when you don't get them any quicker). I did try out another blade and it was fine and had all 3 been the same well worth the money.

cost and reliabilty
A good product at a good price no problems . have only given it 4 stars as I have only used it once so I can not say what it would be like after a lot of use
