I ordered this from Japan
In Japan, the most common baby doll is called “Meru-chan,” but I never liked the look of that doll. My daughter asked for a doll for Christmas, yet I didn’t want her to carry one that didn’t feel right to us. My daughter is half, with slightly darker skin and curly hair, and this doll looked just like her. I fell in love with it instantly. Unfortunately, dolls with this skin tone are not available at Toys “R” Us in Japan. Thanks to Amazon, we were able to get this beautiful doll, and I’m truly grateful.
