Silentnight Latex Core Pillow

We had latex dunlopillows before but a bit out of our price range presentlyFirm but comfortable, I'm just not sure about the square shape, I sometimes end up with quite a seam under my face. These are also quite large so quite hard to stuff it into a standard pillow case. We weren't sure on the first night, they felt very big but that might just be because I was used to a fairly flat pillow and after a couple of nights it had squashed down a bit.

I like this pillow and have found it to be comfortable and supportive. It has already gone a bit soft in the centre however so I'm not sure how long the present support will last. I bought another of these pillows for my husband and it is much firmer than my pillow so every pillow is not made to the same standard. Apart from that I can recommend this pillow and am happy with it.

It says medium support, but it's more like extra-support. It's quite thick, and the "latex core" is more like a block of dense foam than any latex pillow I've ever slept on... and I've been sleeping on latex pillows since I was about 10. I can see it being a very comfortable pillow if you have quite wide shoulders and need the extra height, but the big block of foam has no give so your head doesn't sink down while it maintains support for your neck. My shoulders are wider than the average woman's (according to the clothes I try on in stores, anyway) and it's still just a bit too tall for comfort. Otherwise nice quality all around.

Very comfortable, I like plump pillows so perhaps the perfect pillow to suit my style would be a little thicker. That said, I've slept well since buying a pair of these for my new bed. Would certainly recommend. I daresay you may find equal levels of comfort from standard (non-latex) pillows, but these do a good job of retaining their shape and dissipating heat effectively. They don't seem overly soft nor are they too firm for my liking.

Very comfortable pillow with great support for your neck, not too firm but not too soft either and keeps it's shape.Just perfect and what I was after as it has helped me sleep well. I have now puchased two of these pillows, I loved mine so bought one for partner who also loves it. Recommeded purchase.

Given that I'm exhausted I would have thought I'd have slept on anything. Nope. Not this monstrosity.First night... it's gone 2am. My head feels like it's at 90 degrees. Can't lie on my back then. It's hurting my spine.Have tried sleeping on my side. That is also hurting my spine and neck, they feel twisted and unnaturally high.I've been experiencing severe neck pain. I thought this might help. It's so much worse.Thought if i could just fall asleep I might have a decent night and I'd get used to it. Can't fall asleep when it's causing more pain.In the time it's taken to write this I now have cramping starting between my shoulder blades whilst lying on my back. My neck is forced down onto my ribcage. This is simply unbearable.Add to that the diabolical crinkly noise of the cover that sounds horrendously loud in your ear with even the slightest movement...I made a huge mistake. This awful thing is not only exacerbating problems but also causing them.I cannot think of how this might be comfortable for anyone. How it got decent reviews is beyond me.Bitterly disappointed and off to get my old pillow back.I've already bought a different pillow and I look forward to that arriving. It's quite clear I won't get a single night's sleep with this hideous thing.As the saying goes.. worst night's sleep I never got.

this pillow I find is very good the Latex core is great, very happy with it. The best pillow I've had in years
