This is junk .... crap ... worthless .... unusable .... terrible .... and other negative adjectives. Maybe not so much because of the Bluetooth tile, but because of the application. The 'newer' application would not even find the device. Reverting to the older app, it found the device ... to begin with, but would not alert when moving out of range. Even though you get two tiles, it isn't worth the $10, unless you're an application writer -- in which case we should talk about developing an application that would make this device meaningful. DO NOT PURCHASE!

I got these for my family and nobody even bothers with them really. It was a pain to find which app to download for them because there are two with the same name. It only works within short ranges, not long distance.
