This bed frame is wonderful. Very quiet motor. Easy to install but heavy. I did it alone but could have used a hand. Its easy as unfold the frame, install the legs, turn it over and plug it in.... Great Value 👍.. shopped all the mattress and furniture stores. Prices there were 499 or more... don't come close to this

I ordered this bed because of an upcoming knee replacement surgery. When it arrived it was heavy and will take two people to move the box around, but it was in good condition and was packed well. Once we'd removed it from the packaging it was folded in half but it simply unfolded and we stood it on its side by angling it at the bend point and installed the legs. Then it was simply a matter of two of us lifting it carefully and rotating it to sit flat on its feet. The instructions are very clear that you CANNOT tip it up onto its feet or you will bend legs and I believe that's true. Once we plugged it in it flashed the underbed lights a few times and then seemed ready to operate. We ran it through it's various configurations and then put mattress retention frames in place, installed the 12" hybrid individually wrapped coil spring and foam mattress on it and it's been great!. Only problem so far is that my son has fallen in love with it and I'm pretty sure we're going to have to buy another one!

We've had this frame under our hybrid mattress for a week & we love it! It was very heavy when delivered, but we unpacked the legs [adj. heights], etc in the hallway & that made it easier to handle. Well made, holds 750 lbs. (We collapsed our wooden bed frame when by husband rolled over on my side & with both our pudgy bodies, Boom! -we were on the floor!) We'd compared many models beforehand... Flexispot controls are simplified & easy to use; under bed light, 10-yr warranty; strong bed frame, easy 2-person [safety] assembly. It's a winner!

I bought this for my son as an early Christmas gift and he really likes it. I’ve put together countless pieces of furniture and here is my take for what it’s worth: Pros: this by far was the easiest thing to assemble. Although the directions are somewhat vague the video fills in the gaps. I can’t believe every single screw hole was accurate. If it wasn’t lining up it was due to user error (me it was my fault). One person can assemble it but it takes a bit longer. The led is great and the remote feature is great. Overall it seems sturdy and he’s a big 22 year old. It’s also low enough to the ground for his big heeler with a busted knee and hip problems to get up on even with a 14in mattress. Cons: shipping was ridiculous. 5 days in Georgia. From the time the label was created to the time it finally left the state. Five days! Also the cross bar supports a few of them weren’t flush. The slip resistant tape did not stay in place either. The leds lights are a great feature but there isn’t a white one just colored lights. Lastly a back board on the shelf would be advantageous so things don’t get knocked over and behind the bed. The drawers are good but they take work to get them to stay locked in place. Lastly although the mattress has stayed in place a small increase in the lip would help ensure those with active use and lots of movement the mattress may move some. Overall it’s was a good purchase that could be great with a few upgrades in my opinion. But for a 22 year old that’s been sleeping on an air mattress he’s in heaven!

Good quality with strong steel and motor/lift parts. They added rails at the head just to be sure the mattress can't shift. A No Worry sleep. The mattress fits just right. I wish I figured out the leg height before it was in place with mattress. I suggest measuring the mattress & old bed height compared to your new frame height before putting the 6 TALL legs on. It does have an appreciated Thoughtful Touch -- there is a cover for one side of the side rails that holds the remote & a phone. NICE! I did add a safety pin making 2 separate spaces. It is handy! The remote works fine. I just wish they designed it so I could feel the top of it & it wouldn't slide. Our other one has an emergency battery place & wiring incase the electricity goes out. We don't use it but taped batteries to it for emergencies. Hmm. It works really well with small enough adjustments so you can find that perfect spot. Not too noisy either. I think the lights are for when you drop the remote.... maybe..

I bought this product so I could feel comfortable in bed reading and watching tv. I love it. Yes it is heavy, but it's amazing. It's quiet and very easy to use and adjust. I would recommend this product.

I Received this product with a broken bracket. This bracket(see image) is what holds the two frames together. It would be way to much of a headache to try to ship this back. The box this item was in was NOT damaged. This is a manufacturers defect and poor quality control. Luckily I know how to weld. TIG welded the bracket back on and is better than the small welds on this product. The bed stopped working. The control box does not even turn the LED lights on or the motors when using the remote. I even replaced the batteries and no go..

Arrived quickly. 2 men carried it into the garage from the driveway where it was delivered. They unboxed it to more easily carry it into the bedroom. We added legs, connected power cords. Flipped it over and done!!! I’m 5’6 145lbs, purchased the full size. Works perfectly. Really quiet and smooth. Easy remote. I added moving sliders under the legs so I could easily move the bed on the carpet to place it in just the right spot.
