Lots of options for play

The paint rubs of of the blocks and might end up in childs mouth. Only the engine part has spinning wheels the other two wagons have no wheels at all which is probably in order to save money on quality. Other than that they are just ok. It was a birthday present and she was not very interested at 1 year old. Maybe a bit later.

The media could not be loaded.  There are a lot of interesting pieces in this set. Lots of blocks with adorable faces on for building mad or sane looking animals plus band pieces such as a xylophone, an egg squeaker, a rattle, a bellows squeaker, clicking ears on a cat face, a drum and cymbal type piece. There are also ears/leaves or wings to add more interest to creations. The set comes with a large wand that can be used to play the items ( not too loudly) and all the pieces can be built on and adapted. There are also lots of ordinary bricks. All the pieces can be used with other Mega Bloks sets ( or another big brand). The pieces are easy to put together and pull apart for 1 year olds but the set will have longevity for older toddlers too. If you have an older sibling ( and it survives) the leaflet contains some nursery rhymes to play with the colours of the notes corresponding to keys on the xylophone. The whole set looks very appealing. A great starter set or lovely addition to a collection.

This playset has 45 large building blocks that are perfect for toddlers aged 1-3. The blocks are compatible with all MEGA BLOKS building toys, so there’s endless learning fun to be had.The playset also includes 6 music sheets and 10 sensory features to help develop tactile, visual, and auditory skills. My son loves the farm band which includes a horse xylophone, a cow drum, a piggy cymbal, and more. He’s able to use the blocks to build the farm band and then make music with it.The blocks are also great for teaching him problem-solving and fine motor skills. He loves building towers and knocking them down. He’s also been able to figure out how to place the blocks in the right places and assemble the farm band.

What a clever idea, Fisher-Price have come up with a 40 piece building block set which then doubles up as a musical activity set once it’s built.     They aim the set at kids of the 1 year plus age group which sounds about right.   The blocks are nice and big and fit nicely into little hands and are safe should they do what kids do, and want to explore them with their mouths.   The pieces go together well and turn into cute animal figures - and they lock together nicely, so they won’t come apart when the music starts.    This set is compatible with the other Fisher-Price building block sets so kids imaginations can be let loose, as they develop their motor skills and make early explorations in the world of music.   A great building set - happy to recommend.

Bought it for my grandchild of10 months...he loves it,the colors are great for him cause he's able to see ghem quite easily. Would buy again without any problem. The shipping was easy and fast.love the product!Tanks again. I give you a A++

My 2 year old loves it

I bought this for one year old. I personally don’t like noisy battery toys . You can never go wrong if fisher price is part of toy. The baby and parents absolutely loved it. The baby was actually playing with it. Extremely creative not really noisy toy. And it’s mega bloks can take apart put together. There are supposedly 12 things that make noise… xylophone, symbols drum rattle squeak etc… look at packaging. A fabulous interactive sensory creative toy. With no batteries no flashing lights and sounds.

I love how creative this toy is. The kids love how it moves and looks like an actual train. This doesnt really work on carpet though so keep that in mind. I think its totally worth the price and is great for 3 year olds.
