Helps me sleep
This stuff is great. I started using it 2 weeks ago to help me with my sleep and it's awesome. Helps me sleep without waking up multiple times a night.

Works very well for aches/pains
So happy I found this supplement. I kept getting Charlie horses in my 3rd trimester and it was becoming unbearable. My water intake wasn't bad and overall staying hydrated (electrolytes) was decent. I decided to give this a try and to my pleasant surprise it actually made my Charlie horses go away. Highly recommend!
