I purchased this post show to fit a new post onto a concrete base.I fitted it with a threaded bar, inset into resin, but had to angle grind the edge show for the nut (in one hole only) to fit. It was a minor alteration, but delighted with the final result. It was also a very good price.I would definitely purchase this again for other fence posts, as and when needed.

Made with a thin guage metal, not the strongest

Absolutely solid products the only slight minus is that it does not have a hole in the side to make sure the post stays in place (as in a screw hole to screw into the wood) but tbh that really is not necessary the bolts once tightened do a rock solid job perfectly . Here is a little tip when placing the post holder on the floor or the decking or whatever surface you are securing to … if it isn’t straight/ level simply use washers underneath each corner and you can add/remove until eventually you get the correct perfect level (hopefully that makes sense).

Did a good job for holding the upright post for my self designed and built pergola.
