Q: When is the best time of the year to order these for best results?

The seeds I bought were rotten when I got them and never germinated. They arrived in a sealed foil packet and were black and soft. Please check their feedback before ever buying these seeds from a seller.

Q: Are these bulbs i just received supposed to look like moldy charcoal?

They look like tiny bulb seeds Plant them and you will see the results. Some may not flourish.

Q: What causes the bulbs to arrive moldy

Black and moldy looking oxalis bulbs are no good. Return them if you can and get your money back!!! I would assume the bulbs are packaged incorrectly or just not fresh.

Q: When should you be planting the bulbs outside? what month? can these be planted in september in massachusetts?
