This, really is an amazing product.For the past few years, I have been using a pumas stone on my feet to remove dead hard skin from the sides of my big toe and heels. The dead skin was starting to building-up and became uncomfortable in my footwear and no matter how many times I used the pumas stone, it was achieving nothing. So, I looked into buying one of these Pedicure - Hard Skin Removers and after reading the reviews for this product, I decided to buy one.Item arrived very quickly and as I had batteries ready for it, I put it straight into action, after reading the instruction manual, which is important to do so first. I used this item for about 1 minute on each foot (big toe and heel) and WOW, it removed the dead skin so quickly and now, the sense of feeling has returned. So, this is how you do...1: Buy above item (and 2x AA batteries if you don't have any to hand at home)2: Read Instruction manual upon arrival3: Insert 2 AA batteries (pay attention to polarity markers on inside of battery compartment)4: Revive your feetBest personal item I have bought in a long time. I found this product to be reasonably effective and of an adequate quality. However there were a couple of aspects which undermine this quality.The cover for the head is far too loose and sits on rather than clips on, and the gentle tap of placing it in a drawer is enough to knock it off.Also, considering the relatively well printed and sturdy box the product comes in, they could have had the writing proof read before production. Electronic products imported from china often have translation and grammatical errors in the instruction booklet but when they are on the front of the box it makes the product seem cheap. While one of the pictures on the back has obviously been taken from part of a "before and after" Advertisement; unfortunately upon pasting this image they have managed to flip it, causing "AFTER" to be shown backwards. Furthermore the box seems keen to emphasise that it has a battery cover, showing two separate pictures of it, as though something stopping the batteries falling out is a wonderful bonus feature. Yet the box and booklet do not refer to the silicone heals mentioned on amazon, suggesting it was just something the supplier added into the box, which had no form of security seal or tape, to increase allure.

Do not waste your money, unfit for purpose, stops every time I try to use it and NO I do not press to hardMy suggestion is spend a bit more money and buy one that works!!

It sort of does the job but the handle part is very shoddily constructed in three parts that are supposed click together but the overlap is so small that it can't resist the spring for the battery connection and you have to hold it all together otherwise the batteries fall out. I've just about got the knack now but I wouldn't even consider taking near water as the blurb suggests you can.

Recieved the product on time. Works ok, will probably need a few goes to get the result I want but I'm guessing a more expensive brand would be more efficient (you get what you pay for). Saying that it did remove some of the dead skin as you can see the white powder it creates. This may work better on slightly wet feet (I tried on dry feet) so will try again after I just got out the shower to see if this makes a difference.At first when I opened up the box I thought I hadn't recieved my heel pads as some of the others didn't but when I took out the plastic packaging tray, I found them underneath; so packaging could be improved as I might have thrown them away for not realising they were there due to the way they had been packaged.Fair product for price and that it does what it's supposed to do and with the extras included.

Purchased this item to remove hard skin on the heels of my feet . Its easy to use and doesn't hurt . works very well . Very pleased .

I used this for the first time last night and was surprised at how well it works! Great product for the price.
