I am a police officer, and this is my department blender. It is so practical, easy to charge and clean, and the price was awesome compared to other personal blenders. The slim design does not take up any space in our department kitchen.

This is my second time purchasing the 20 oz Portable Personal Blender, and I couldn't be happier! My first one served me well for over 2 years, and I decided to get another to keep at work. This little blender is a game-changer for anyone who loves smoothies, protein shakes, or quick blended drinks on the go. The blender is powerful for its size, easily crushing ice, frozen fruits, and even tougher ingredients like nuts and seeds. The 20 oz capacity is perfect for single servings, and the blending process is quick and efficient. I love that it doubles as a travel cup—just blend, pop on the lid, and you’re good to go! The portability is unmatched. It’s compact and fits well in cup holders, and the rechargeable battery lasts for several uses before needing a charge. The USB charging feature is super convenient, allowing me to power it up anywhere. Cleaning is a breeze. Just add water and a drop of soap, give it a quick blend, and it’s ready for the next use. The detachable design also makes it easy to rinse thoroughly. Overall, this portable blender is worth every penny. When I got this, I decided to have a smoothie. The hard clear plastic container screws on top of the blender blades base. The base lights up when you connect it properly to let you know that it is properly secured, which is pretty cool. The lid is also a screw on type and it has a little pop up opening that you can drink from. To turn it on, you just hit the power button and it starts to spin. I saw a video where they recommend that you shake it if you have frozen fruit and that did work with my smoothie. I put a few frozen strawberries, a half banana, scoop of protein and milk and I didn’t have any problems. The blender had enough power to make my ingredients into a delicious smoothie. As good as my smoothie was, their are some things that could be better. You are not supposed to submerge the base unit but there are no cleaning instructions. I filled my cup up with water and a couple drops of soap and turned it on. Did a decent job of cleaning itself but had to unscrew it off the base and hand wash the blades and lid to ensure all the food residue was off. There is a bottom lid but that would mean turning the device upside down after blending and screwing it to the bottom. I found that pointless but I am sure someone out there will like that feature. I charged it completely before using and after my first single blend use (30 seconds), it was down to 8 lights which is about 85% charged😬. I purchased the extra Amazon warranty for $4 and am pretty happy with that purchase because I don’t think it will last 2 years. 7 Nov 2023 update. When I look at the clear cylinder, it looks like my milk is seeping through the screw part. I can’t imagine that this is a good thing because if it seeps anymore, it will come out of the bottom. 5 Feb 2024 update. The liquid seems to travel down through the screw part of the container. Not a very good seal. Glad I purchased the warranty, does not look very durable.

I have been using this product, or attempting to rather, for a couple of weeks now. Not once have I been able to get this blender to mix up my drink mix which is a powder that I mix with water. The blades don't come close enough to the bottom of the mixer to move any of the power and I'm left with a ring of dry, unmixed, material at the bottom or at the very least it's still got chucks floating around. There is a little valve looking thing on the top that looks to be part of the injection molding process. To stop this part from leaking, the company provided a rubber, probably silicone, cover that goes on the valve/nub to stop it from leaking. Well that will piece of silicone will fall right off and you'll probably lose it. They did include extras but it's like a band-aid solution. I understand that injection molds are incredibly expensive to have made but this is an obvious design flaw that should not have been overlooked so carelessly. I will generously give this product 2 stars because it DOES function. The packaging is perfectly adaquite. The battery lasts a good amount of time. The aesthetics of the product are excellent. With some better blades and the leak fixed, this would be a 5 star product no question. Edit: The customer service department reached out to me after this review was posted and not only offered me a refund but they also redesigned their product and shipped me a replacement for me to try. After using the revised product for a couple weeks I can say with confidence that this is a 5/5 product. Without the hole on the lid, liquids do drain more slowly but that is a good thing in my opinion and I will take that over it leaking any day of the week. I found a method that works well for getting all of my powder to blend properly; putting water in first and then the powder on top results in a successful blend. I couldn't be happier with the revised product and support I received with this purchase. Update(05Aug2023): the latch that holds the lid closed has broken. The secondary lock still keeps the lid closed though.
