A natural, refreshing shower gel with a wonderfully tropical scent.
The media could not be loaded. It's quite surprising how few people are aware of the potential dangers associated with some modern shower gels. Many contain chemicals like parabens, SLS, phthalates, and artificial fragrances, which can irritate the skin, disrupt hormones, and harm the environment. SLS, in particular, can strip the skin of its natural oils, while phthalates and formaldehyde-releasing agents are linked to health risks, including potential cancer and reproductive issues. To avoid these concerns, I have been using natural soap bars from various companies for the past few years. One brand I have grown fond of is Faith In Nature. I absolutely love their soaps, but I’ve noticed they can be a bit drying on my skin and tend to run out quickly with frequent use. Although I had seen their shower gels, I was hesitant to try them due to the higher price. However, having enjoyed the Dragon Fruit soap from Faith In Nature, I was excited to discover that the same fragrance was available as a shower gel. This prompted me to give it a try, and I’m glad I did. The 400ml bottle is a decent size; while not the largest, it’s quite economical as a little goes a long way. The consistency is thick, almost syrup-like, and it lathers up impressively well with just a small amount, producing a rich foam that lasts longer than expected. I had initially been concerned that a natural shower gel might not lather as effectively as traditional ones, but this one performed just as well, if not better. The dragon fruit scent is delightfully light, tropical, and refreshing. It smells natural and not overly sweet or synthetic, offering a pleasant change from the usual heavily perfumed products. It’s like a beautiful tropical paradise in a bottle, reminiscent of an exotic fruit smoothie. I have to remind myself not to sniff the bottle too much, or I might be tempted to drink it! The fragrance lingers just enough to leave a subtle, fresh aroma after showering without being overpowering. One of the standout features of this body wash is its composition: 99.5% natural with no parabens or SLS. As someone who has been transitioning away from harsh chemicals, it was reassuring to use a product made with natural ingredients. It’s also vegan and cruelty-free, which aligns with my values, and the bottle is made from 100% recycled materials, adding an eco-friendly touch. After using the body wash for a few weeks, I noticed that my skin felt much softer and less irritated. My sensitive skin hadn’t reacted adversely, and the wash left me feeling clean without the tight, stripped sensation common with some other products.Delivery was prompt, and the product arrived in perfect condition. I paid £4.20 for a 400ml bottle, which is relatively expensive for a shower gel. However, you’re paying for a natural, chemical-free product, and that’s the key difference. While you could buy three or four standard shower gels for the same price, you're essentially washing your body with harsh chemical detergents, which can impact your long-term health rather than just your wallet. While I love the product, there is always room for improvement. The inclusion of citric acid and sodium benzoate is a bit surprising, as these ingredients are considered controversial. Additionally, parfum, which can be irritating for some skin types, seems like an unusual choice for a soap marketed as gentle. Nevertheless, I appreciate the steps that companies like Faith In Nature are taking to create safer products. I loved the shower gel and look forward to trying other scents from their range. If you’re looking for a natural, eco-friendly, and effective shower gel that smells divine and is gentle on the skin, I can’t recommend this enough.Thank you for taking the time to read my review. I hope that you found it helpful and that it assists you in your decision-making. I try to be as honest and fair as possible, as those have always been the reviews that helped me the most.

Lovely product
Smells nice and goes a long way. It lasts a few weeks even though I use it every day. Good value, too.

It's good value for money for cleaner ingredients to put on your skin. There is no smell that I've noticed and it lathers up quite well.

Great on sensitive skin
I have sensitive skin and do react to a lot of body wash. I first started using faith in nature shampoo and conditioner, so thought I would give the body wash a try. This was great on my skin, no reaction. Lathers up nice and leaves a fresh feel on your skin. The smell is gorgeous and leaves a lasting smell in the bathroom which I love.

Lacks fragrance
Nice soap liquid, but I bought it hoping that it would smell of cedar wood. It not got very much smell at allwhile you’re using it and none on your skin afterwards.

Has Some Scent Similar to Kerosene. Can't Quite Place It. Cleans Well. Feels Great On Skin.
If you're a super sniffer, like me, you'll notice the chemically gasoline/kerosene type scent. It's not overwhelming, by any means ---- but it's there.I still like this bodywash. It feels great on my skin.Probably don't have any lit matches or candles nearby, just as a precaution. I mean, you're in the shower/bath. Plenty of water to hand, just in case, right?

A very good product
I liked the cedar wood essence in the body wash. I had used “Every man jack cedarwood body wash” before and I totally loved it. This is very much in the same category and worth the price I got it for. I do have a suggestion to put in more of the fragrance in the product and this is going to be top notch.
