Thor214 Copper /Rawhide Hammer Size 3, Brown

Well made, nice weight and excellent for automotive work ~ knocking off cv / propshafts etc...Much prefer wooden handles too, better to grip than the skinny plastic ones. Good copper hammer, recommended.

Its a THOR hammer, its reputation is excellent. I've had a larger sized one for 50 years using it on vehicle repairs and just needed a smaller version.

I bought this hammer as I had been struggling for a whole day with a stuck drive shaft in the hub of a 2017 transit van. After trying everything apart from heat, I thought I would have to remove the whole front hub and press it out. Then came this hammer, ordered from Amazon at 11pm and delivered the next day. Within a few hard knocks, the driveshaft popped out and I was able to finish off the job! To the person that invented this hammer and the person that made it, I congratulate you. If you don’t have one of these in your workshop then get one. You will not be disappointed in my view. I would also like to thank Amazon as without your overnight service, I would still be struggling now. Thank you.

This is the right weight I need for what I use it for.My only gripe is that the rawhide head started to split rather than flatten out.
