The sound when opening and closing it is annoying! Oh my gosh.. metal on metal, almost a screeching sound. Nice thermos though, but I'm gonna have to send it back! 😔Update:And now when I just tried to select the Return & Refund feature, I'm seeing a "Return Fee" note??!! Why do I have to pay a fee for a Return??!! smh.. never buying anything from them again!!2 Stars for a poor return/refund practice! Ridiculous! 😡

Tales a certain pouring technique - otherwise excellent.
To not spill or dribble you need to do this technique and it'll work great.Position the bottle over cup like you're already pouring.Break the lid loose with left hand.Push down on the bottle with the right hand.Pull up on the lid with left hand (not twisting)Pull lid away from bottle until sufficient pouring speed is achieved.Go with the 32oz

Good but too bulky
Great quality though very noisy to open and close. Its metal on metal thread. Also the bottle would be better taller but thinner to fit in a pack better. As it stands it is quite bulky.

Cannot pour without making a mess
The bottle dribbles down the side when pouring, making a mess. This happens even if you completely remove the cap and don't just open it partially. The whole point is that it's meant to be used on-the-go, but this flaw makes it useless for that purpose.The issue is caused by the design of the lip on the bottle. Other Klean Kanteen bottles I own don't have this problem.
