Must read for CxOs, strategists and business leaders navigating the emerging ecosystems
This is a highly relevant book for CEOs, strategy and business development leaders to navigate the emerging ecosystems in the new economy. The book starts building a foundation / case for change. It then explains how traditional sectors have been eroded/disappeared leading two twelve emerging and interconnected ecosystems: mobility, home, digital experience, talent, health, travel, community & government, wealth & stability, enterprise services, small and mid-size enterprise services, input marketplace and commerce. The book explains the connections between ecosystems and factors that could affect their trajectory, shape and size, such as geopolitics, regulation, ESG and the need to address climate change and others. The book guides the reader on how to choose where to play in the new ecosystem economy (with examples) and how to transform your organization from the inside out to make the leap and succeed in this new world of ecosystems. This book will become the seminal reference on the ecosystem economy.

Fantastic read for curious, forward thinking business leaders
This book is like an instruction manual for the future of business. As someone whose career revolves around trends in global economy, I found The Ecosystem Economy not only highly relevant, but actually interesting and enjoyable to read! I expected the book to be a dry collation of frameworks and theories but the authors do a fantastic job of bringing concepts to life and making them applicable. I especially enjoyed reading about the 12 emerging ecosystems and how they connect to the fundamental needs in society!Overall, great read and highly recommend for the next cohort of future business leaders.

Thoughtful read, would recommend!
Helpful context to understand the shift from business as standalone entities operating in a single geography/sector to multifaceted organisms that should be playing segments/value chain components/etc
