Can I send back laser instead of whole slingshot

I have not used this item yet as it is a present for my brother. Arrived in good time and in one piece comes inside a plain brown cardboard box.... needs some assembly no instructions ... place the spring at the back of the battery compartment of the laser.The main body is made of plastic not alloy so feels cheap and toy like not the Rambo hunter device that i expected due to the description. There aren't any assembly instructions to put it together it comes with an allen key to carefully screw up the metal bolts into the delecate plastic threaded holes.

This is disappointing. Didn't come with the laser attachment and the 1st time I shot it today abit snapped off . Its cheap yeah but its not a quality product.

Enjoyed the product but it didn't take long to break.
