I have a hard time swallowing pills, so I actually just open the capsule and empty it in my mouth and wash it down with water. It doesn't taste bad to me at all, and I like that it doesn't have any artificial fillers. I can tell a difference in my health since I've started taking it. I'll continue to purchase it!

I got this product cause I was told it would increase bust size and help with skin conditions but that is just not the case. It doesn't do anything that a multi vitamin couldn't do but I don't know how it works for people with bleeding issues. Taste is very strong. If you don't like the smell of straight up pollen then this is not for you. Easy to swallow with lots of liquid.
