I’m so happy I tried Nummy and really grateful they had a sampler. I was drinking 2 cups of 1/2-caf Illy Coffee every day. Then inexplicably I could no longer drink coffee without severe pain in my bladder (ulcers maybe?) I gave up caffeine, acid, alcohol- and I began searching for substitutes. I can’t even tolerate the acid free, decaf, coffee they make for people with gastric bypass. Why get out of bed in the morning, right? Nummy is really good! I don’t have the weird pain, I can drink it all day, and I have enjoyed every flavor in the sampler. I bought a large bag of the caramel to take to work, and a bag of vanilla for home. 5 stars and a big thank you to Nummy!

I have been drinking more coffee substitutes, and wanted to see what this one tastes like. I got the variety pack because it has samples of all the flavors. The flavors are nice, and this seems to me that it tastes like Postum; so if you are looking for a Postum substitute, this is worth checking out.

I can no longer tolerate caffeine due to having Barrett's Esophagus. I have tried many different brands of chicory, dandelion, mushroom, fig, etc...and while they are all okay, I have yet to come across any that have flavor, until now. I liked them all, but caramel was my favorite. I mixed it with my regular instant chicory just to try it out. I will be ordering more!

While this mix tastes really good, it takes far more to make a cup that actually tastes like anything then the directions say. Each tube is supposed to contain enough to make 5 servings. However, if you use the amount suggested (1 tsp) you get a very weak cup with barely any taste. I had to use apx 1/3 of a tube to get a cup of beverage that I could actually taste. That being said, I do like all the flavors (chocolate mint being my favorite, and I haven't tried the pumpkin spice yet). All that being said, I would still recommend buying the sample pack so you can try all the flavors to find out which you like best, and then order full-sized bags of your favorites. I just purchased a seconds sample pack for my daughter and son-in-law for that purpose. I also purchased a full-sized bag of the chocolate mint since it was my favorite, and am looking forward to receiving it. I will just know that I will have to use more to make a cup than is recommended. I would have given this 5 stars if the amount of servings was more accurate. It is definitely worth trying if you want an alternative to coffee.

Sorry but I didn't like any of the flavors. Just weird and odd texture.

If you drink coffee because you like the flavor of coffee, this coffee substitute/alternative won't cut it for you. There's no boldness to it at all, and absolutely no bitterness. Now, don't get me wrong - I don't like super bitter coffee. But it should have some bitterness to it, just like dark chocolate does. If you're looking for that familiar flavor profile, try Dandy Blend instead. It's got a much bolder taste, though it doesn't come with flavors. And you can get it on Amazon.Speaking of flavors, the caramel was OK, the pumpkin spice was lackluster, and the vanilla was undrinkable. I haven't put something that tasted that artificial in my mouth since I graduated from college. Really disappointing. I wanted to like this.

Nummy, where have you been all my life????I've been addicted to coffee for years and tried everything else - tea, decaf, you name it to reduce my coffee intake. I haven't found anything to replace it, until now! Instant decaf has tons of preservatives, and tea just isn't rich enough for me!I loved every flavor in this pack, they were all delicious!! Pumpkin Spice and Chocolate Mint are by far my favorite and I'll be buying those next!I use 1.5-2x the recommended amount as I like the strong taste, so the serving sizes are a little off. But considering the amount I spend on coffee (machine, coffee pods, etc), this is nothing! I love that I can have a cup of Nummy to satisfy me at any time of the day, it's my healthy addiction! I actually feel good after drinking it, and it satisfies my coffee cravings!It also tastes great with coffee syrup and creamer if you're craving some liquid desert :)Definitely try them, you won't regret it!

I got this to try out some coffee alternatives. The Caramel and Vanilla are nothing to write home about. Taste pretty artificial. I don’t think I would buy them again. The pumpkin was better, and I like PSL so that’s probably why. And then the original was good too! I was surprised that it tasted like other non caf alternatives I’ve tried. Definitely doesn’t taste like fresh brewed coffee from ground. More similar to instant coffee’s and thankfully better than really gross instant coffees I’ve had. I rated 4 star as I was overall satisfied for it being a non coffee drink.

Pictures show more than 1 sample of each kind, BUT there is only 1 sample of each flavour in the sample pack. Also each sample only gives you enough powder for 2 cups of beverage. So for 13$ you might get 8 beverages out, not 10-25 as stated in description. That is very misleading and dishonest

I've been trying to get off caffein for a long time as it makes me jittery and irritable. I tried Dandyblend and Mudwatr and other alternatives but they tasted awful.I am so grateful I found this product. It really does taste like coffee - but even if it didn't I'd still drink it. Caramel Nummy is my new obsession. It smalls and tastes so so good and I actually look forward to drinking it in the morning - and afternoon.I started drinking Nummy in the afternoons instead of a coffee - it keeps my energy going and is delightful to sip on, without the awful spike and crash that coffee gives me. I've now replaced my morning coffee with nummy and have been caffeine free for 6 weeks - my energy is so much better.If you've been struggling getting off coffee/caffeine - or even if you just want something tasty (thats actually good for you) - give Nummy a shot. I can't say enough good things.

I bought this sampler pack to test it out before spending a lot on a caffeine substitute. The regular packs are quite expensive, but I might buy as I don't plan on having one every day.There are recommendations on the package for strength and taste - I tried a little and a lot and never noticed a flavour change. It wasn't strong, no matter how much I put in. The flavours are decent but subtle. If you like instant coffee (I love the smell), that's exactly what these smell like. I did appreciate the boost it gave me in the afternoons.
