Just sampled a few drops on food. It is not super strong but gives a nice flavor that keeps giving. The label has bold on it but I don't see it. Nice olive oil on salads or anything. Not sure I would waste it as a cooking oil as any supermarket olive oil can be used. I think it is too good for heat. Good price.

This olive oil is fresh and delicious. The oil arrives in a useful bottle for serving. I made caprese salad and the taste was incredible. I haven't noticed any pungent or aftertaste with this oil. It is an excellent value. Cooking as with any other olive oil, to taste and desired level of heat.

I've ordered this olive oil several times now and am really pleased with the taste, as well as the fact that it's made in the USA, non-GMO and packaged beautifully. The price is very good as well. I will continue to order this olive oil.I gave 4 stars because there is always a little leakage when I receive it, but very little and obviously the good outweighs that little problem.

We're going through 3-4 cans of this oil a month. It's just a phenomenal tasing olive oil. Ridiculously fresh and robust.

A little bit had leaked around the green seal cork. It feels like plastic. Needs a silicone seal.As far as taste, this is the most neutral/least flavorful EVOO I've ever had. It's the right viscosity without much of any taste. This is expected though. This is a young farm with young trees in southern Georgia that gets a good amount of rain year round. I'm used to EVOO from Spain, Greece, and Tunisia from old trees in arid/stressful environments. That age and stress gives them the flavor and character I'm used to.Not a fan of the aluminum bottle. Specifically because I can't get a clear answer as to whether it's lined with plastic or not to create a barrier between the aluminum (neurotoxin) and the oil. But even if it is lined with plastic, I don't like that either with all the talk of endocrine disrupting microplastics in food nowadays. When it's an option I prefer glass.
