Next best thing to hands
Ive been using over a year now. Highly recommend. Works out my neck and back kinks. I love how I can adjust the pressure and position using the arm loops. Between this and my inversion table I've saved thousands of dollars on massages and chiropractic work. Highly recommend, for those who like a deep massage.

A little tricky to use
I bought this for myself to be able to massage my back alone, it's just a little awkward to use until you get the hang of it
