I have noticed a difference with these, although not the dramatic difference that some other reviewers have experienced. I initially took 3 tables twice a day for 2 weeks, then reduced to 2 tablets twice a day for another 3 weeks, then back to 2 tablets once a day in the morning due to the cost. I take them with Rutin (which I have taken before alone and not experienced the improvements I noticed taking together). The biggest change is an improvement in my veinous insufficiency that I have had since I was young. The (terrible) pains I used to get in my legs when standing up for hours have completely disappeared. My varicose veins have slightly improved and no longer throb and they are less protruding. I have had no new spider vein formation in my ankles and the existing ones are slightly less noticeable - they used to go really dark after I'd been standing up for hours, but now they are paler and stay pale. I've been taking it for 3 months and intend to take for at least another year before making a final judgement.

I have been using this product for several months as I was suffering from edema, swelling ankle, and one leg. I was wearing a suppression stocking for months made to measure by the NHS (not my favorite people) . Took them 11 months to fit right. After using Venalex I no longer need the suppression stocking and the amazing thing I did not believe at f1st the swelling no longer exists.I rate this product 5+ stars and rather use this than the medication prescribed by the NHS ( basically a water pill) but causes damage to the kidneys long term. This product is a steal at the price under £10.A real winner for me.

This product worked well initially and some of my thread veins faded. I used the first pack but had to wait for the second pack to arrive in which time the veins had returned so only works if continually used!

Great stuff!Felt absolute relief form cramps, tingling pain and leg heaviness after about 2 weeks of taking those pllls. My spider veins have visibly shrunk and I have no bulging veins in the evenings. I still continue with regular exercise and light massages on spider veins but it was clearly that boost from within the reduced the symptoms and the discomfort.No adverse reactions from my stomach and I've read that micronized diosmin can be taken thought all your life. 60 capsules in a box last you for a month's treatment so I'll probably have a month's break after my current treatment and I'll be taking them again.

Left full stars on as I can’t be unfair,I brought theese for an usual problem maybe , an excruciating pain called a fissure which is a cut in the bottom hole,excruciating pain and throbbing for hours on end after every bowel movement which I got from labour . I read theese can help in a Facebook support group. After taking one , 30-45 mins later I felt really ill. Lightheaded, sick,dizzy to the point I rang my partner to come and take care of our one year old as I couldn’t stand up. And this lasted about an hour or two. I’m too scared to try another one to check if it was definitely theese or not but my partner said he was given something similar years ago and it made him feel similar so he thought it was definitely this. Yes maybe I should of consulted my gp before taking as I’m only 34 so maybe wasn’t suitable for me , but I’ve had this a year now and it’s lockdown so I’m not getting much help from gp she has referred me to hospital but after a telephone appointment I’ve been on a waiting list every since. So in extreme pain crying yourself to sleep you will turn to any kind of soloution you can try , as I said I’m too scared to try this again but maybe it just wasn’t for me or I had a reaction so I can’t give a negative review as it wouldn’t be fair

Easily best product on the UK market. Natural, pure, and works wonders. All them "made in Italy" (Chinese) tablets manufactured using 1950s technology cannot compete.

Venalex is amazing, but only if you get the original one. So far I have only seen Pure Life Supplements provide the English boxed one, that`s vegan and gluten free. Check who you buy from people!!!
